Day 3. Water Log

So as the day finishes so does my bottle of water(^.^)






Seriously drinking 2.5 liters of water a day(the recommended requirement) is hard work.  I never knew I didn't drink enough water as I should and I gotta tell you, since I've been drinking all this water.  I've had more energy and my tummy feels more full on a regular basis.  The trade off I guess is I have to pee like a little kid every 5 minutes but I guess I can live with that.  As for food goes, I've completely cut soda and fast food out of my life, and it's a little bit of a struggle now, but I know this is nothing compared to the later days to come.

Lunar New Years is just around the corner here in Korea.  It's the biggest holiday of the year, and I get a whole week off.  I found out today that my dad's going to be in China around the same time so we're gonna meet up and do a little traveling.  It's been 2 years since the last time I saw him so I'm pretty excited to see chubby face.  I'll put pics up of that as soon it goes down.  On a different note.

Here's a couple pics of Paul and I.  He's the one who basically does the whole podcast.  I'm kind of a supporting role on it, but seriously Check it out.  I know you won't be disappointed.

Day 2. Starcraft2

So it's Day 2 and I kind of feel like crap.  I'm trying to eat healthy and my stomach just keeps saying "Where's the grease and fat man!  What is this crap you're feeding me."  So I'm trying to eat a lot of veg and leaner meats.  I'll be posting what I make pretty soon and putting up the weight on a day to day basis with a pic.  It's the first few days and I haven't got into a groove yet, but if you want to let me know what I should do or how I should do it, let me know.  Here's the current pic of me.  I'm thinking I should shave off this hideous beard.  What do you think?

Haha what the hell was I even thinking in this picture?  I think I'm thinking of a nice burger with some curly fries.  MMmmMM curly fries.  I haven't had those in ages^.^

100 Day Challenge. Day 1

Hello all you wonderfully pretty and interesting looking people out there. 

Happy New Year and welcome to my blog and the start of our new lives.  I would like to introduce you to current Dave-------------------------------------------------------------------------->



If you hadn't noticed already current Dave needs a little fixing up of some sorts, that is why I decided to take part in this challenge.  I cordially invite you to come share an enlightening and mostly mild tempered ride to the start of a new year, and the start of "self improvement" or "self dissolution" depending on how you view it.  We'll just have to wait and see what happens. 

The 100 Day Challenge consists of the following

  1. Losing 20 kg(44 lbs.)
  2. Eating healthy and balanced food
  3. Cooking more
  4. Drinking 2.5 liters/day
  5. Learning how to Juggle
  6. No fast food
  7. No soda

I know this may seem like every other New Year's resolution, but for 1 difference.  I will be updating this blog everyday with the new results of how everything is going and I will be constantly updating you on every facet that I possibly can.  I hope you are all as excited as I am^^.

The year is now 2011 and the fork has been placed in the road.  Will I embrace this new style of living?  or will I revert back to my Lazy ass tendencies and repeat the mistakes of the past?  You be the judge.

I'm open to any questions, concerns or comments.  I look forward to starting the new year off right.  See you tomorrow! :)
